Children's Mercy is proud to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Kansas City, placing third in the large employer category - and the only hospital to be recognized. 

This is our eighth year in a row to be recognized among the top 10, and our fifth time to be recognized among the top three large employers.

Each year, the Kansas City Business Journal selects winners based on employee survey responses about a variety of topics, including teamwork, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leadership, work environment, collaboration and the reasons employees enjoy coming to work.
