Good Day Kansas: Telemedicine at Children's Mercy

The Good Day Kansas team learn about an important piece of the care Children’s Mercy Hospital provides called Telemedicine. Telemedicine technology provides opportunities for some patients who live long distances from a Children’s Mercy location to receive their care closer to home. It also allows Children’s Mercy providers to be in more than one place at a time, even if those locations are far apart. As part of the Children’s Mercy Medical Informatics department, telemedicine services are part of our commitment to provide an extraordinary experience for all of our patients.
