I Beat Cancer...Now What?

A free conference for adult survivors (over 21 years of age) of childhood cancer

When?
Saturday, April 13, 2013
8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Where?
The Kauffman Foundation Conference Center
4801 Rockhill Rd
Kansas City, MO 64110

Why?
Young adult survivors of childhood cancer are at risk for health problems for many years after their treatment is over. Survivors of childhood cancer should have check-ups to monitor and screen for possible health problems, but their primary care doctor may not know what to do either. Many health problems can be prevented or better treated if discovered early. This conference will help survivors learn more about their risks and what to do to stay healthy.

How do I sign up?
