Ingram's: Partnership opens new proctored learning facility

A partnership between Children’s Mercy, the YMCA of Greater Kansas City and Block & Company, Inc. has resulted in the opening of a new proctored learning site for children of Children’s Mercy employees.

The facility is open to students of employees in K-8, whose parents work on-site in direct patient care.

“Our greatest strength at Children’s Mercy is our people. We strive to make our employee’s lives and jobs easier,” Children’s Mercy Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Office, Jodi Coombs, said. “COVID-19 has been an unthinkable and unimaginable time for all of us. We wanted to assist our employees by providing another resource for them and their children during this time.”
