Times have changed and candidates love taking digital interviews. We know because we have surveyed more than 1 million of them and the results are overwhelmingly positive. Video interviewing is convenient for candidates, they love the chance to tell their story instead of sending a resume into a black hole. We now have mroe than 6,000 interviews completed every day. However, we wanted to aim higher and put as many candidates as possible in front of recruiters and hiring managers.
