KCTV 5: Royals, Children's Mercy bring free baseball camp to Center School District

Baseball for All camp

The Kansas City Royals and Children’s Mercy brought free baseball training to students in the Center School District on Saturday April 18.

Dozens of kids hit the field for the “Baseball for All” camp. The program aims to develop baseball skills and give them experience they can use on and off the field.

Donations helped rebuild the school’s outdoor batting cages, swapping dirt and mud for turf so players can practice no matter the weather.
