Local state representative wants e-cigarettes wrapped in child-safe packaging

Toxicologists say the liquid is much more potent than the nicotine found in tobacco cigarettes. Just a small amount of liquid can cause nicotine poisoning which can lead to nausea, seizures, cardiac problems and, in some cases, death.
