Preparing for Fall allergy season

Dr. Chitra Dinakar says kids and parents should be pro-active about seasonal allergies

Fall is here, and that means Fall allergies are here as well.

Allergy sufferers across the region are sniffling and sneezing. Ragweed and mold are two of the main offenders this time of year.

Simple steps people can take to help with allergies include: washing hands often, showering when coming in from outdoors and limiting time outdoors.
