Sporting KC wives and girlfriends help local girls feel special at Pink Party

Every little girl loves being pampered at a good beauty party - especially after a long day in the doctor's office - while surrounded by friends and family. This morning, the wives and girlfriends of Sporting KC players joined in on the fun as the Shadow Buddies Foundation hosted their second "Pink Party" at Children's Mercy.

The hospital holds an all-day clinic for girls in the area diagnosed with Turner Syndrome (TS) throughout the year and The Victory Project was eager to get involved in its mission to help children thrive through life's challenges.

"I love this event because we do parties all over but this is one of the best. And we can always rely on the Sporting KC girls to be here and to continue that [relationship]," said Shadow Buddies coordinator Kaileigh Kupchin.
