By Rob Hughes

"When I was in school people would make fun of me because I was autistic."

Ronnie Warner has autism but works at Children's Mercy Hospital. She is part of Project Rise, Reaching for Independence and Successful Employment, a program that provides training and employment to people living with disabilities.

"I want to work here for the rest of my life," Ronnie said.
